We mainly work with owners of small businesses with 3 to 300 employees that have been trading over 18 months, have current annual sales of at least £75,000 and want to grow profitably.

We help you overcome barriers to profitable growth so you achieve profit improvement, a better quality of life and other objectives, faster and more efficiently than you could do on your own.

Who is hosting and delivering the coaching programmes and workshops?

The owners of Small Business Solutions Ltd and their experienced associates will deliver the programmes and be available for one to one advice sessions for up to an hour after every workshop.

SBS Ltd has been trading since 1999 and the Directors, Albert Wright and John Silton, have been delivering training programmes since 1991. They have designed and delivered programmes for Business Enterprise Consultants (BFC) London, Anglia University, the Institute of Business Advisers (IBA) and the Institute of Business Consulting (IBC), Business Links, Middlesex University, the University of East London (UEL) and private sector businesses.

They deliver a 2-day workshop called Developing Business Counselling Skills and have their own DVD, Business Advice Masterclass, produced to assist in the training of new business advisers, but of benefit to small business owners.

The DVD lasts over 160 minutes covering sessions with 4 different clients on a range of issues and is sold for £49.99 but is free to those attending the Business Counselling course. 

Other couses include: Sales and Marketing, Creating a Business Plan, Costing and Pricing, Raising Finance and Finance for non Financial Managers.

Other subjects covered include Finance for non Financial Managers, Raising Loans and Grants, Profit Improvement, Cost Reduction.

Albert specialises in profit improvement consultancy and is a licensed coach with The Outstanding Professional Programme (TOPP) developed by Success 121, a licensed reseller of the Accelerated Business Growth System developed by the Peter Thomson organisation and a Protégé Coach with the Coaching Academy.
