COACHING PROGRAMME 1 TOPP
The Outstanding Professional Programme (TOPP).

This is a foundation programme designed for owner managers / directors of companies employing up to 50 people, set against a 3 to 5 year timeframe to achieve transformational change that will take their business to the next level of activity. The bulk of the work is done in the first 12 months.

Year One

This includes:

• 10 Monthly 40-minute 121 telephone coaching sessions

• 10 one hour coaching telefora

• 3 one-day workshops

• 10 Monthly workbooks and newsletters

• Unlimited e-mail / telephone access to your personal coach for the business leader.

The current cost of the full one-year programme is an initial payment of £1056 followed by £352 a month for 9 months by standing order or a discounted one off up front payment of £3900.

Years Two and Three (normal but optional)

Years two and three are less intensive and involve

• Quarterly workshops

• Quarterly 121 telephone coaching

• Quarterly telefora with peer group colleagues

Something happens every month.

The cost of years two and three is £562.50 paid quarterly in advance or a discounted one off up front of £1900 annually.

This includes the option of repeating any of the year one workshops and workbooks, as well as access to the year one monthly telefora, if desired.

Year Four and beyond

Fees and tailor made programmes by arrangement - or simply continue to, receive our newsletter and contact us when you want.
