The Outstanding Professional Development Programme
Albert Wright – licensee
Albert will deliver most of the programme on a one to one basis and the workshops will be delivered by John Niland, the developer of the programme. Other members of the team will be involved at group events.
The key elements of the programme, which have dramatically boosted the fees and lifestyles of over 350 professionals, are:
1. One-to-one mentoring (by telephone)
Individual calls are invaluable in enabling participants to address specific issues and implement the key shifts in planning, pricing and prospecting.
Calls are scheduled by arrangement as often as you need them, generally once a month. All Albert’s clients have access to his private mobile number to enable them to speak on an ad-hoc basis where needed, plus unlimited email access.
2. Telefora
Twice monthly, pre-scheduled conference calls address the specific shifts needed to move from expert to Outstanding Professional.
All calls are recorded and placed in the ‘members’ area of the website, so that even if a member is unable to attend they can still gain the benefits.
John Niland generally hosts the calls, Albert is a regular contributor.
3. Three one-day workshops
These enable the whole community of Outstanding Professionals to meet together as a group, foster professional association and share successes and experiences. The workshops cover specific topics that affect professionals and provide another medium for support and development.
They are led by John Niland and involve other members of the team.
4. A 'members' area
You will have access to this on the website and an exceptional email support system to provide a range of tools, assessments and workbook materials.
5. Strategic focus groups
These can form as members in related professions or locations get together to brainstorm new approaches to market, form strategic alliances or act as advisory boards for each other.
With this level of support, what could you achieve in three to six months?

Albert Wright is a popular speaker whose lively talks and workshops are practical, fun and informative.

· Manage their time effectively - using the “five laws of attention” - so every day has lasting value
· Raise their profile, so every interaction has a ripple effect that grows their reputation
· Uncover new opportunities via value-centred conversations and dialogue
· Make the most of what they are already providing: their “hidden value”, often obscured by tasks and deadlines
Why Albert Wright?
Why not?
Albert’s success as a speaker lies not only in making his audience think and challenge themselves about what they believe and how they operate but also in leaving them with new, practical ideas that can make a difference to their lives and businesses.
Albert helps people identify initiatives to create lasting value, shamelessly building on the work of others and adding his own quirky angles and observations. Not known for political correctness, Albert is a born contrarian, rarely being satisfied with things as they are or with what passes for conventional wisdom.
While the topic is customised for each audience, the most popular themes are:

NEED A SPEAKER?
1. Breaking Through The Income Ceiling: More Fees In Fewer Hours
Being average means being invisible.
In order to be trusted, we have to be found; to be in some way visible, to capture the attention of others: to be outstanding.
In this workshop, Albert explores an approach driven by value.
By challenging ourselves a bit further in our initial conversations with clients, we can find hidden opportunities in every dialogue and as a result can reframe our initial pricing policies to earn more revenue for fewer hours work.
During 2003, clients on “The Outstanding Professional" programme grew their income by an average of 74%, working 22% fewer hours, by adopting practical, easy to implement strategies for change.
Through a mix of group work, buddy pairing and individual exercises you will discover a new level of success by understanding your own unique keys to attaining more fees in fewer hours.

2. Time Rediscovered: The Attention Habits of High Achievers
Time Rediscovered focuses on making the most of every hour in a way that sustains our motivation, raises our energy and achieves real results.
We are bombarded with more information now than at any time in the world’s history. Traditional time-management techniques (for example planning and prioritisation) are simply not enough.
In this talk, Albert invites you to study the habits of high earners, revealing why they are not swamped by overwhelm, drained by other people or doing things at random. The presentation explores some practical habits that any professional can use every day to create enduring value.
If you could develop a new relationship with time, what difference would that make to your professional life, your income, your future?
Through a mix of group work, buddy pairing and individual exercises you will discover a new level of success by understanding your own unique keys to rediscovering time.
3. Hidden Value: The Untapped Opportunities in Every Conversation
70% of service providers are found through personal contacts and networking.
80% of the best jobs never get advertised.
Albert provides the key to uncovering new opportunities in everyday conversation, finding the untapped value in what we are already doing.
Outstanding professionals know how to get the best out of every conversation and meeting. They use every dialogue to demonstrate enduring value and to build sustainable relationships. In doing so, they are keenly aware that value is ‘in the eye of the beholder’ – that each person perceives value differently.
In this fascinating talk, Albert demonstrates how “attentive conversation” consistently gets results by understanding swiftly what people value. In this way, we find hidden opportunities that can otherwise easily go unnoticed.
4. Endless Enquiries: Designing a Reputation That Builds Itself
By designing our networks to be self-propagating, we can free ourselves to deliver enduring value, whilst continuing to build a growing reservoir of contacts for the future. Every effort spent on marketing is a drain on a professional’s time – and frequently a drain on money too.
Even networking takes time - time that can often be invested in more sustainable ways.
What would it take for other people to do your networking for you? What difference would this make to your time and energy?
In his presentation, Albert works through an eight-step approach to eliminating the cost of prospecting from your business. This then frees up time and resources to provide enduring value for our customers, which in turn enriches your reputation.
5. The Outstanding Professional – Gaining Visibility In The Marketplace
Knowing how to build a wider reputation from the value of what we do.
Building personal confidence and identity.
Consistent referrals, high financial rewards and fulfilling work are all to be found by those in the top 10% of any profession.Experts often struggle - even when the gap between an “expert” and “outstanding” professional is but a few short steps.
Visibility comes to those who speak, write, network, excel, get involved and shine.
We all need to discover a new level of success by understanding our own unique keys to obtaining visibility in the marketplace. The benefits of this session ripple through all aspects of professional life.
6. The 3 Ways to Increase Sales
Selling more to existing customers.
Winning new customers.
Getting customers to buy more frequently and for longer.
